TDU Traveling Trolley

Konecranes has designed the TDU Electric Traveling Trolleys to handle loads up to five tons. The TDU electric traveling trolley enables a hoist to be hooked directly onto a higher hook or to be coupled with the XN chain hoist.

 

Standard Features

  • Bolted steel end plates incorporate derailing prevention devices and roller slip prevention components
  • Wheels made of drop-forged steel or cast iron mounted on sealed wheel bearings
  • Central drive system for the two motor-driven rollers designed for the means of a tapered and milled shaft
  • Easy tilt setting allows for adjustment by means of disc washers
  • Counterweight (for 2-ton model only) secured on end plate
  • Electromagnetic brake

KPT Manual Trolley

The Konecranes KPT Manually-operated trolleys are designed for loads of ½ ton, 1 ton, 2 ton, and 3 ton.

  • Adjustable spacing, push travel
  • Compatible with any type of hoisting equipment that is fitted with a hook
  • Wheels are mounted on axles with removable bearings
  • Wheel treads are compatible with any type of monorail girder
  • Adjustable side plates enable a single trolley to be used for a range of rail types
