    ControlPro allows you to choose the load limit of your equipment. By selecting different maximum loads for specified factory areas and by using intermediate load limits, you can ensure safe usage practices.   • Speed Adjustments
    ControlPro by Konecranes allows the operator to adjust the speed for faster positioning and smooth load handling. In two-speed hoisting applications, ControlPro makes the starts, stops, changes in speed, and changes in direction as smooth as possible. In addition to the faster and safer load handling, the wear and mechanical stresses on equipment are substantially reduced.

  • Motor Temperature Supervision
    By controlling the starting and stopping characteristics, ControlPro contributes to reducing the temperature in the hoist motor. In exceptional peak usage situations, additional performance guarantee is provided by switching the motor off when the temperature limit is exceeded.

ControlPro Multicare offers continuous control.

In applications where there are several hoists on a crane, ControlPro Multicare provides the continuous control of the sum load of each hoist on the bridge. This is vital in applications where the capacity of the crane is less than the lifting capacity of the individual hoists counted together. The operator can read and receive the information from each hoist from any pendant controller equipped with ControlPro Optic display.
